Refunds and cancellation

SpareScreen has a free 7-day trial so you can check it works on your Mac and devices before paying.

Refunds

• If SpareScreen doesn't work for you, email support@getsparescreen.com within 14 days of buying, with your payment ID or license key. We'll refund the full amount.
• Orders outside India are sold by Paddle.com, so their refunds are made through Paddle; you can also ask Paddle directly via the link in your receipt email.
• If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we'll refund the extra payment at any time.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Once refunded, the license key stops working.

Cancellation

SpareScreen is a one-time purchase with no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again. If you change your mind straight after paying, the refund rules above apply.
